My name is Fatima Gallicchio and I am the owner of Advanced Billing Concepts. I have over 12 years of experience in billing, coding and collections. I started out as an employee of this company, moved up to office manager and because of my knowledge, experience, and dedication to helping our clients prosper, I am now the owner. Upon starting a contract with a client, I will personally visit my client’s office, as needed, to make a smooth transition and to assist with any administrative issues they may be experiencing. I always want my clients to feel that they are just a phone call away and strive to personalize the business relationship.
