My passion for food led me to become a culinary teacher at Millville Senior High School. Yet, I yearned to take my love further. And this is how, Bolt Catering was born. Established in 2012, Bolt Catering began as a small BBQ catering company, evolving over the years into a full-service culinary enterprise.
