To provide funding, oversight, technical assistance, and guidance to nonprofit, community-based organizations or other collaborative groups that serve the populations of the Coachella and Palo Verde Valleys, from the western border of North Palm Springs to the eastern border of the City of Blythe, in the areas of health, mental health, and juvenile intervention.
